I have several relatively straightforward repairs that need to be done. Reframing and reinstalling the 3 storm doors, possibly replacing the lower 2 rows of shingles on the front of the hours, replacing the trim board on top of the kitchen and bedroom window, repairing the lower part of the exterior corner boards on 2 corners of my house, installing wood trim boards along the floor of my bedroom and bathroom, installing a rain diverter over the front door, and maybe a few other things I've forgotten.
