Im looking to build and install contemporary hand railings, similar to cables between the top rail and bottom rail, but with wood replacing the horizontal cables. These are for an 8 foot balcony and a lower 9 foot section connected to a 3-step down rail. Also, I need another independent 3-step down rail.
