From a brief phone call, I explained tree work and landscape would have to be cleaned up first. Lead time notice for hope to finish by end of the week. Emergency may arise in that back porch deck boards have to be removed to allow furnace replacement. On this house should be done by competent manner to reinstall afterwards. Then, have 3 access doors to crawl space need replacing to keep out vermin of all types, a length of facia board, then additional to be shown and discussed. Thank you.
