I have a 11x13 old brick patio in my back yard right by the sliding glass doors. the wood has rotten around it. how much would it cost to replace those beams - just straight wood beams with rebar - nothing fancy. cant afford to redo patio right now but some of the frame has completely rotted out on front and back but wood on sides is in good shape. can send pictures if needed.
