The staircase used to be part wood (under the baluster) and part carpet. The former owner replaced the carpet with tile which shows a lot of gaps. It's horrible. We would like to have one piece wooden steps and treads and maybe an ornamental wrought iron baluster.

There is some insulation falling from the 10ft. high ceiling, need to be reinstall in the same place.
Need to take the work sheet with them and have the Manager sign the form after the job is complete.
We will pay with a CC Card after the job is complete and the manager sign off sheet is e-mail back with before and after photos.
We will pay by the job or by the hours, if materials are needed, we will pay for them over $50.00
