i need my carpet stretched i had my carpet done two years ago they did a horrible job from lowes now i need it stretched it is bubbling up in some areas not attractive at all.

Pulled pad and carpet in ? 5x7 closet due to water leak. Need it laid back. Still attached to bedroom, tack strip in place. Just need it stretched out and attached
