Previous tenants of the home were awful. I need an estimate on cleaning the following items for my 2000 Sq Foot, 3 bedroom single story home: Oven Ceiling fans Windows Window Frames Window Sills Floors Baseboards Moldings Blinds -both sides Floors - Wood and Tile Tile grout - needs SCRUBBED Bathrooms Ceiling fans Doors, framings and around all entries/exits into rooms, light switch covers The baseboards, moldings, blinds, window frames and sills will ALL have to be SCRUBBED. NOT DUSTED. The tenant left the window blinds closed at all times and it has caused mold to grow. I understand this will take a great deal of time. If you would, please provide an estimate.
