We are needing our commercial office to be cleaned 1x a week. we need 2 bathrooms cleaned, kitchen/lunch area cleaned, front lobby/counter and behind counter desk space. We are looking at about 3060 square feet that needs to be either mopped or vacuumed, dusting. we are also looking for professional rug and floor polishing every 4 month or so. Do you provide your own supplies? How do you charge, by the hour or contract rates based on frequency. Are you independent owners or part of a franchise? Are you bonded?
