The existing Concrete pad will have to be cut, demolished and removed without tearing up anything else. The Pine tree roots, that have caused the problem will have to be cut off. The soil will have to be slightly re-graded to move the swale away from the house and divert the water. A new 4" concrete pad will have to be poured, with expansion joints.
