My 2-car garage floor has an epoxy coating which was applied through Home Depot in January of 2008. They no longer do have this service. It is not peeling but needs to be cleaned and I would like a clear sealant topcoat applied. I also have an enhanced concrete driveway and walkway that needs to be resealed with a solvent based sealant - an area of approximately 1550 square feet. These jobs can be done individually or by the same qualified contractor.
As I cannot do this work, I ask you to please have a reliable and experienced contractor contact me.
