I have removed a popcorn ceiling and made repairs. Lights are removed and ready to finish. I would like an estimate to mask off the walls and apply a knockdown finish. I have two ceilings. One is half of a family room (other half vaulted and not doing) which is 9 by 21, and the other room is a kitchen which is 12 and 1/2 by 21. Ballpark of 475 sq. feet.

Plumber cut a hole in the kitchen ceiling to evalaute where water was coming from. Found that is wasn't bathroom pipes but rather a roof leak. The roof leak was fixed and now just need to patch the hole. Ceiling is textured but not popcorn.
