Greg: We have a ceiling fan that is controlled entirely through a remote - there are no switches or pull-cords on the fan itself - and it has suddenly stopped working. The wall switch for it is turned on and we replaced the battery in the remote, but it's still dead. Can you help with this, please? (Btw, you installed some lighting underneath our kitchen cabinets a couple years ago.)
