I am looking to R&R two existing ceiling fans with new DC ECM Panasonic fans, which run continuously. One of pre-existing fans can be accessed from the attic, the other can only be accessed from within the lower level's half-bath. I'm not sure, but I think an additional line might have to be run for each new fan for a cut-off switch. Please reference the attached Panasonic product ID (on Amazon): FV-05-11VKS1.

Hot tub GFCI breaker trips. I unplugged lighting and pump, one at a time, but breaker continues to trip. I need to know where the short is so I can get the right replacement part.

Projects: Replace current fan/light in bathroom; replace 3" cam light in kitchen, remove 4 8' fluorescent fixtures in garage--cap off wiring; check into possiblility of replacing ceiling light in fiberglass enclosed shower (looks rusty when opened up).
