I'm not sure but it looks like my home may not be correctly grounded. I found a ground rod next to my home near my meters but the wire that is connected to it is frayed and looks like it has been cut and is not connected to anything. Then I have another wire that looks like it's coming out of my foundation and is connected to other cables, but just past the other cables it also looks cut and frayed. I have a feeling that the wire coming from the foundation was supposed to continue all the way to the ground rod.
