A couple years back my breaker box had a short. Every other row of fuses no longer works (1&2 work, but not 3 or 4). I moved wires around trying to "ration" my working fuse space, removing power to several outlets and lights in order to still have at least an overhead light in every room. Breakers still blow fairly regularly, I'm hoping there's a simple solution to this problem
