We would like the tallest fence we can get because we have a 7 month old standard poodle rescue who is scared of everything and can jump over 7 feet high as we have witnessed on several occasions and he\'s not even full grown yet. We also have an autistic child who takes his clothes off and has had the police called by the neighbors directly behind us. The neighbor is on a hill overlooking our property. His girls have a bedroom that overlooks our yard and they like to tease our son. They have also called police when my mothers chocolate lab did his business on their lawn even though my mother immediately cleaned it up. They are unpleasant people to live next to so we are looking for a solution. We have some shrubs that will grow tall but we need something in the meantime. I\'m concerned we won\'t be able to get a permit for one over 6.5 feet as we are in a neighborhood with lots of houses crammed together. We just want the small back yard fenced in with chain link and some kind of privacy filter.
