I need about 170 feet of fence, maybe less but I like to round quit a bit just in case. I want a wood fence about 5-6 feet high. I already have a chain link fence around the whole yard. What I want to do is keep the chain link fence up behind the wood fence mostly because my neighbors to the side of me and the ones behind me like to set things against my fence (the guy behind me has a junk yard and sets heavy things against the fence. He's already messed up a section of my chain link and I keep having to patch holes so my dog doesn't get out into his yard) and the chain link would keep their junk off my wood fence so they don't knock a board out and my dogs escape. I also want the wood fence about an inch or two off the ground so we can weed eat under it or spray weed killer so it doesn't grow up between the two fences. Right now we have no money at all but I need to see what it will cost so I know how much to save up. So how much would 170 feet of fence 6 foot high cost? I may also extend one side of the fence down my front yard to keep people from driving across my grass but that can wait. Thank you
