We just had laminate floors installed in our home about One month ago. The thresholds in multiple places were not installed flat and had an angle to them. We asked the installer.about it and he said there is not much he could do to fix it. Since then two thresholds hAve broken. We tried to get a new Piece and replace it ourselves but it's still loose and we have to make a point not to step on it. Now another one has broken.
