My home has wide board pine flooring. My renters were rough on the property. Home is 30 years old. Floors were previously covered with large area rugs. This will be the first time it has been sanded except for small areas I did myself by hand with a belt sander. One floor has a gouge from renter dragging a dresser across the floor.
