I recently had Empire come out to install a floating laminate floor. They removed about 3/4 of the flooring and stopped the job. They said the subfloor was too damaged to continue. To me, it appears the floor has jipcrete on it and it appears to be cracked worse than it is. I think the job requires someone to sand, seal and level.
