I live on the one side of a brick double. On the back of both sides are add on structures, my side has a kitchen and the other side is a utility room and a deck. Both sides make use of the old foundation for the porch that used to be on the house. The wall between the house, supporting the two structures has always leaked a little, water into the 5 ft crawl space on my side. Several weeks ago, part of that wall collapsed due to a very heavy rain storm. Need the wall between the houses restored or replaced, as well as the other two walls under my side.
