Basically the drain upstairs rusted and allowed water to get around its edges (between the drain and the tubs hole), which resulted in my ceiling getting covered in water. I have a contracting company who came out and already took out all the dry wall, I just need the drain replaced before they can come back and put the new dry wall in. The other bathroom drain was done last week and basically he put a brand new drain in that fit snug into the hole so no water could get in around it.
