I have a 794 square foot home with the same size basement. I have DryLoc'ed the bare concrete walls in the basement. Assuming I stud frame the exterior walls with 2x4's and allow a half inch gap between the concrete wall and the stud framing, should I calculate for four inches of spray foam? What would be the price range for spray foaming this wall space? When I calculated the linear footage for the treated 2x4's for the base plate, it was just under 64 linear feet. The walls are not eight feet high. (64 * 8) = 512 square feet.
