Need insulation before tie down on a mobile home

I need a smal insulation job. I need some loose fill blown in and some sticky fill blown in. These are accessible via the garage attic for a hose, but not for someone to manual pull in batts (else i would do it). The loose fill is going over a roughly 4 x 8 flat ceiling. The sticky blown fill is for a vertical wall connecting to the flat area and the vertical wall is also about 4 high x 8 wide. This is an area I remodeled years ago, but for some reason forget to insulate these two areas. Did not notice it before, but this year there was some condensation on the heated side of the vertical wall (a closet), and on investigating discovered its uninsulated. Would like to have this done soon before bad cold arrives.
