Insulation

Hi,
I have a piece of property north of Cassville and am looking into the idea of putting in a bathroom (there is power on the property and a well is dug, would need to put in the pump, septic and get power to the bathroom). This is not an urgent project, hoping to start in the spring or possibly next fall, just trying to look into getting a general idea of what the project will cost (knowing full well costs may change by the time I start).
I have a rough metal pole barn and my idea is to build a building (14 long, 10 wide and 8-9 high) inside this building to make into a bathroom. The inner building is what I am looking into for insulation. Since I dont spend all of my time down there, obviously I would like to have the building as cost efficient as possible. Hoping to have the inner building constructed with a concrete floor, but do not know if the budget will allow it.
Would you recommend open or closed cell foam for this type of application? Also, do you have any recommendations as to thickness?
Any general ideas of what the cost would be (allowing for price changes for equipment and materials by the time I start this project, it will not be anything I hold you to) for this type of application?
Thank you very much for your time, if you have any questions, please dont hesitate to let me know.
