Would you be interested in this project? Please let me know. Attached are the requirements for the ETSU project, I will have to turn in a sample project that they have provided along with the cost proposal. In the bid documents there is a scope of work sheet for each room and we have to bid on what they have listed (attachment 6.7). I will need you to give me your man hr rate for the 5 year contract time so make sure you add for cost of living increase over that period of time ( this will be set in stone per say) we will not be able to increase this number. As for the material it needs to be separate from your man hours because this will go + or - over the years. If you have an RFI please let me know on Monday this is the last day for RFI's (sorry). I am sending in an RFI today for the clarification on the man hours and a few others to make sure but I sure that is what was said in the pre-bid meeting. FYI! There can only be one subcontractor per trade for the duration of this contract unless the sub trade cannot meet the needs and I will need to let ETSU know ahead of time BUT the man hours cannot be changed to a higher rate.
