Im in the process of buying a new home and I need an estimate on replacing firebricks on my fireplace. One fireplace needs a liner. The fireplace has never been used for that reason. The chimney extends to the second floor but has been sealed shut and we would like to know if you could open it up again? There is a second fireplace that has also been sealed off and needs brick repair that we can see from the inside where some bricks are missing. Would like to know if it can be repaired and reopened? Thank you.
