Water Damage Restoration; Re-installation for damaged parts. During heavy rain season, there was overflow of water into den area of condo, damaging hardwood floors. There is evidence of cupping. Not quite sure about mold. It has been about 3 months since the damage occurred. Tenants currently living in unit.
