The tile project is the patio behind the house. The dimensions are around 25' x 35'. It is screen covered and the concrete deck is currently covered with cool decking, which is starting to peel. The deck has a couple cracks from settling but have appeared to cease. I am open to recommendations of best surface type based on goal and condition.
