Ceramic tile was being installed in my home and the installer got sick before the project was completed and he subsequently passed away leaving me with an unfinished floor. The tile has been installed but the grout was improperly completed and no sealer was applied.

This is a project to replace a 12" X 12" marble bathroom tile that touches a built in shower. The floor has sagged under this one tile (water leak?) and as a result the tile has gone down. Another project is replacing grout in the kitchen (not marble tiles but 12x12) around 7 or 8 tiles. Not all tiles require full grout replacement around them.
