Our Bellevue Park home was built around 1925, we have lived here for almost 30 years, and we are only the second owners. The home has a stone first floor and cedar sided second and third floors. Windows are either double hung or casement with lots of lights. The double hung windows have triple track storm windows over them and the casement windows have various indoor storm windows. Over the years, several window issues have emerged, but we would never consider replacement windows. Some siding and trim has also rotted. Ive tried various DIY remedies, and painters have patched various places, but the problems persist. Im searching for a restoration company specializing in wood windows and other siding and trim repairs.

We purchased a new home and one of the windows has moisture inside it. It is a Pella window, and upon inspection, the previous home owner drilled a screw through the bottom of the window. I was wonder it is was fixable and the associated costs.
