These may not be the easiest or cheapest of projects, but they’re sure amazing and will improve your cat’s quality of life like crazy! There are eight ideas here for you to either copy or simply get inspired by. And can we just say - as you’ll sure see on the photos below - that cats love these indoor bridges! Though the intention of these bridges isn’t for them to fall asleep halfway through, of course they’d do it their own way, right? Have fun!

Indiana Jones Bridge

I know the intention here is to talk about the bridges, but look at that lovely cat!!
Just
So
Cute!!
But anyway, moving on: this bridge is really fun to have at home (just make sure you build it high enough so no one hits their head while passing through the hallway.
Refuge Bridge

This bridge is planned almost ceiling high, so you must remember to plan it near places your cat can jump onto and get to the bridge. It’ll be a nice escape for your feline friend to relax by itself when people come to visit, for example (I don’t know about you guys, but my cats always hide when my friends come over).
Kitty Rope Bridge

Here’s another kitty who thought the bridge would be best used to sleep onto rather than playing around. He does look super comfy there, though, so I guess the effort to build it was worth it! Take a look at the project here!
Blend In Decor Bridge

Here’s a cat bridge you can make that will also blend in perfectly with your home decor!
In addition to that:
It’s really simple too, you just need to find the right materials and you can install the bridge yourself!
Cat Playground

If you have more than just the one cat, this is an awesome idea for you! Instead of building just the one cat bridge, you can make an entire playground for them. Of course this idea will work best if you have a spare room in the house.
Cat Playground Pt. 2

Just like the previous idea, this is more of a cat playground plan than a DIY bridge, but it still counts since it’s such a wonderful idea. And that huge scratcher as a bonus...I mean, wow! I wish I was this person’s cat.
Storage + Bridge

What about a cat space you can also use for storage? That way both you and your cat can make the best out of the furniture! And you can adapt it to best fit your wall space too, so be sure to check out the whole project!
Simple Painted Bridge

This one is actually the right size for cats to sleep on! The idea is the same from all the others, you’ll basically change the color and size of it. Whatever you think it’s best for your kitty!
