The cost of a pool installation in Bulverde will depend on what type of pool will you want for your home. The two types of swimming pools are the above ground and in-ground pools. However, preparations like leveling the area, installation of the electrical system and water pumps are required and will add to the cost of pool installation in Bulverde. In-ground pool is expensive because of the site preparation which typically includes excavation. It also needs a liner that can cost around $25,000 to $31,500 depending if it's vinyl or fiberglass. The type of materials used in in-ground pools like concrete can cost around $30,000 to $50,000. Bulverde County Pool Installation FAQ

A fiberglass pool can last for up to 25 years or more, provided that it is well maintained and is regularly cleaned.

Pool installation is considered to be a job that should only be handled by professionals. Even if most above ground pools are designed to be installed quickly, professional pool contractors can guarantee the work and will provide a warranty. If you are planning to build an above ground pool, make sure that you book your schedule with a pool professional earlier or before the start of Spring and Summer as these are the busiest seasons for them.

As compared to steel, aluminum walls will not rust. However, they tend to corrode after a few years of usage. Steel on the other hand usually starts rusting at the bottom of the pool. It is the place where the above ground pool gets in contact with dirt. Regardless of whether it is aluminum or steel, proper maintenance is the key to extending the life of an above ground pool.

I have an air leak and it is causing my waterfall to move in and out and then stops for a while. Sounds like an air leak. I took the top off the filters and then broke the part to put it back on, so now I can't get the motor running to seal the tank. Other issues is with salt answers.

I currently have a pressure operated pool cleaner (Pentair Kreepy Krauler) that operates off the side of the pool. It is a year old. We have noticed that there is no pressure coming out of the hole that the pool vac plugs into. My husband also noticed that the pressure is not what it should be. We have a hot tub attached to the pool, and the jets seem to be working great. Also we have noticed that when the pool shuts off at night, that the hot tub partially drains back into the pool, but in the morning when it cuts back on, the hot tub fills back up to normal. So basically, the only problem we see is the pressure going to the pool vac, and the hot tub draining down to half full when it shuts off for the night. Last year a friend that is in the pool maintenance area, talked us into getting the Pentair (pressure) vac. So he re plumbed it to accommodate the pressure vac. We did have a side suction vac which to tell u the truth, I really liked a lot better. I don't think it is skimming like it should with the pressure vac, because the steps and swimout are always dirty. They never were with the suction. So that's a little bit about my problem. Thanks
