We were wondering if you could give us a pricing estimate on building a home. It would be a ranch style with a two car garage. We would like the house to have a main floor master bedroom with an attached full bath and closet space, main floor laundry/mudroom with closet space, open concept kitchen/dinning room and living room, a half bath also on the main floor, and an unfinished basement. We do not want a big house, besides the basement we dont want a lot of unused/useless space. The bedroom should be big enough for a king or queen size bed, bedside tables, and a closet, and still have walking room. The full bath we would like it to be just a basic sized bathroom with counter space and room to get around. The closet can also just be a basic sized walk in closet. The mudroom/laundry room should also be big enough for our washed and dryer, closet and door to the garage. The living room doest have to be large, and we dont want a formal dinning room. For the kitchen we just need room for the fridge, oven, and microwave, and leaving some room for counter space. I would like a four-six person table to fit off the side of the kitchen. I was also wondering if you could give me a quote with both an island in the kitchen and on without. Thank you.
