The Saint-Florent cocktail is a very easy drink, perfect to kickstart a party the right way. It has just the right sweetness and by making it less stiff than usual, it’s easy-going enough for everybody to enjoy. But you can dose how strong you want it to be with the right amount of gin.   • ¼ cup clover honey
  • 1½ cups of gin
  • ¾ cup fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup Aperol or Cappelletti
  • Angostura bitters
  • Champagne or sparkling wine

This recipe is a 1930s original! All you need are four ingredients:

  • any red wine
  • simple syrup
  • Rum
  • lime juice

  • ½ T. hot water
  • 2 teaspoon to 1 T. fresh lemon juice
  • 4 oz. Frontera Moscato

If you’re looking for a softer and less stiff idea, this is the perfect one for you! White wine mixes masterfully with lime - and ginger just adds that special touch! Recipe here:

  • 1 cup Apothic White
  • 1 ¼ ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 ounce Pisco
  • 1-ounce ginger simple syrup

Don’t know how to make ginger simple syrup? Easy peasy:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons chopped ginger

Simply boil the water with sugar for a few minutes and add ginger, then let it simmer for 10 minutes. Bring out of the heat and let it infuse for 20 minutes. Finally, strain the syrup through a sieve and put it in a bottle!
