I have 2 wood high stools with backs and leather seats...one was damaged in the move and the other has a few nicks... Hoping to find a carpenter or woodworker to refurbish these beautiful chairs...help??

I have a straight line stair with 14 treads covered in carpet. One side is basically against the wall and one side is open. There is an old steel rail with wood rail cap. The stair is open underneath. We want new oak threads, new spindles and new rail. we would also like to clad the existing exposed beams and enclose the space below the stair. maybe may a little storage of some sort.
