  3. A splash of lemon juice
  4. A splash of lime juice
  5. A drop of food coloring
  6. Garnish with lime wedge

Be sure to raise your glass and cheer “sláinte” before you down this shot. Here’s a unique little blend in a shot glass made to resemble the Irish flag.

This is a layered drink, so start with the creme de menthe. Fill a third of the glass up, and then using a spoon, gently pour the Licor 43 on next. Then just as gently top it off with Irish cream. If you were listing St. Patrick's Day shots in terms of difficulty to make, this one’s just past medium. But you can actually taste it in layers.
